University of Saint Louis, continually aligns itself with the movement along the strengthening and sustenance of a research climate. With the formulation of the comprehensive USL Five Year Institutional Development Plan, research will play a major role in the monitoring and evaluation of its academic and non- academic programs and projects.
In relation to the vision-mission of USL, the role of Research is very crucial in the achievement of its objectives. Research contributes directly and indirectly toward the provision of moral and intellectual training, wise utilization of skills and capabilities, responsiveness to the needs of contemporary society, and responsible leaders for the advancement of the welfare of society. The coming into fruition of the USL Five Year Institutional Development Plan depends much on intensified and sustained research and development efforts.
